Went to Bob's and sat in booth for 20 minutes directly across from mid-bar. Couple in booth behind me got served appetizers and later got served their meal. I counted 15 times servers walked by my booth and never once did any of them acknowledge my presence. Between the 15 and 20 minute mark 2 party's of 2 sat at tables in the bar and within minutes received menus. On my way out I was able to garner the attention of an employee and asked if there was a manager on duty I could talk to. This employee gave me the impression that there was no manager, per se, but someone "with the most experience" that she would get for me. To my surprise it was one of the bartenders who from my booth I made eye contact with several times while being ignored. One of her comments was something to the tune that she had responsibilities at the bar. This convinced me that she was not a manager nor even a shift lead. At this point I realized I was wasting my time with this representative of Bob's, at an establishment that I will never frequent again, will never recommend. My experience is my word of mouth advertising!
