I arrived early on a Sunday morning when they opened at 7 am and was the first to order, enjoying the Western-themed decor complete with peanut shells on the floor that gave it a true country vibe. I had a half order of biscuit and gravy with added brisket, which was tender, flavorful, and perfectly crispy in spots, leaving me eager to try their full BBQ menu next time. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and laid-back, making it a welcoming spot for authentic Texas-style BBQ.

Their meat has the consistency of a sopping wet sponge, and tastes like dog food. I guess this is what happens when it's run by atasteless, transphobic hick. Take your business elsewhere, this place is just gross all around.
