A charming small-town cafe in Wilbur with a cozy atmosphere and interesting historical decor featuring 1930s Roosevelt and the Grand Coulee Dam. The service was exceptionally friendly, and the food, like the pancakes and crisp bacon I enjoyed, was delicious and satisfying. Despite the lack of healthier options like broccoli or peas, the place had a good selection of main courses, desserts, and beer, making it a great stop for the meat-and-potatoes crowd. I hope the cafe continues its legacy of warmth and good food under new ownership, as I would definitely make the effort to return when passing through town on Highway 2.
