If I could give it zero stars, I would. We had not had Zips food in awhile and was looking forward to it. Our food appeared to have been made in advance and had been sitting for awhile. The burgers were overcooked and the meat was dry and chewy. I had a chocolate shake that had obviously been sitting awhile because it was like drinking chocolate milk it was so runny (as though it were made in advance). Will not go back there again. So much for freshly made food. Yuck! This was the Zips on Fowler St. in Richland/Kennewick, WA.
