The Cascades Grille at the Embassy Suites in Lynnwood has become one of our favorite spots for dining. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is impressive, especially thanks to bartender Brad, who really knows his stuff and keeps things fun. I just wish they would add wild salmon to the menu, but overall, it's been a fantastic experience every time we visit.
