When you order Uber they "forget" ketchup, utensils, napkins and even straws for your drinks. If you call to remind them they become instantly defensive and sound appalled and put out by the call. Moral of the story is don't order from Uber or even drive thru lol

Ordered a Big Mac, large fry and large chocolate shake at the drive thru. Got home and discovered there was no Big Mac! Things have been going down hill since the remodel! Almost none of the long term help is there anymore! Sad...used to be pretty good!
