I have always liked Pizza Pipeline and decided to order from its new location here in Pullman and I must say I am disappointed. I ordered one of their specials that they have going on; if you buy a regular size pizza you get the second one half off. I thought it sounded like a great deal until I saw how much they had charged me and when I added it all together they actually had charged me more than they should have. I called and questioned them and one of the things they had failed to mention was the delivery charge they supposedly charge which is $2, and I even asked if they automatically added a tip to the bill but the guy stated they don’t. So I recalculated everything again and it still it did not add up to the total of what they charged me. The only thing that makes sense to me is that they did add a tip in the price and lied about it. So my advice to anyone is double check your bill and make sure that what you’re being charged for is accurate. I am sure they are not used in a college town people questioning the bill. One thing for sure I will NOT be ordering from them again!
