Jacob the manager has the worst customer service ever he literally got mad at me for not liking the food that HIS restaurant made. I told him that i did not like the chicken chipotle tacos that i got and he proceeded to ask me why i didn't like them i told him that they were greasy and tasteless and he told me that he didn't understand why i didn't like them because they were marinated for awhile and seasoned "so obviously the marinade would be greasy." Initially i was just going to order something different, but since he was telling me how the food was supposed to taste i said no and that i just wanted it off the bill. He told me that i was not able to send it back without getting something different because he didn't want to throw it away and that i took a bite and he didn't want me to be "hungry when i got home" so basically he was talking at me and i wasn't greeted with and hi or hello the way i was greeted was "what's the issues here" tbh i wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant if you are not ready to deal with a manager who doesn't know how to talk TO A TEENAGER might i add
