I'm a big fan of Haybalers - the owner and staff are so friendly every time I visit, which is usually once a year. It's kinda funny, but they always seem to remember me, not that it matters much. The ambiance there is really cool, starting from the moment you walk in - the bar in the basement of a barn is rustic yet modern, and it sets the mood perfectly. They even hosted a party for us years ago, and it was a hit - not sure if they still do that sort of thing now, though.
