I had a fantastic experience ordering an ice luge for a party, and it was a huge hit. Willy Jr. and his team were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. They've always been reliable, helping us out in emergencies and providing great service, so I know where to go next time I need ice!

They were incredibly helpful when we had an emergency with our ice machine, coming right away and providing excellent service.
