I discovered this food truck at a local rally in Broadmoor, where the chefs were working hard to keep up with the demand. I sampled the crawfish pie and mac-n-cheese, with the latter being especially rich and delicious. Despite the small portion size of the crawfish pie, I appreciated the effort to offer vegan and vegetarian-friendly options.
