I went the opening day, second time Lola, which is still opened. The yellow rice was unbelievably good, old school. But since the yellow rice is pale, almost white, absolutely no flavor. The meats are so dark, looks very bad to stomach. I tried a pastelillo. Don’t know what kind of meat was inside. It taste bad.
There’s always a mistake, with me and other customers. The food is not that good. It’s kind of pricey too. Today I tried again, just got yellow rice and beans, that’s it. Almost $11.
The rice, again was pale, no flavor. I’ll be throwing it away.
