Driving through Jefferson Valley Mall, I decided to grab a quick bite from Lyle's food truck and was blown away by the incredible grilled cheese sandwiches and friendly service. The owner's passion really shines through in every perfectly toasted sandwich, like the spicy jerk chicken or buffalo chicken varieties, all served with kettle chips and made fresh to order. It's a cozy, welcoming spot with a chill vibe thanks to nearby food trucks playing music, and I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area.
