Although the ambiance is simple and the sushi is more on the basic side, the flavors and prices make it a great choice for a quick, tasty hibachi meal that reminds me of classic fast food cart style fare.

The hibachi filet mignon I had was absolutely delicious, especially with that fabulous white sauce. I stopped by for lunch during a parade and opted for the hibachi chicken and snow mountain roll; while the chicken was decent, the rice could have used more flavor. Overall, the food is consistently good, and the delivery was quick, making it a solid choice when I'm craving something fast and satisfying.
