I went for dinner on a whim and ordered the pollo a la brasa and bistec a lo pobre for three people, and was impressed by the generous portions and flavorful, tender meats. The quick takeout service, friendly staff, and delicious sauces like the yellow and green ones made this a memorable introduction to authentic Peruvian cuisine that I'll definitely be returning to try more dishes.
