On a quiet Friday afternoon, we enjoyed a meal featuring tender smoked ribs, a flavorful smoked trout spread with pecans and fresh veggies, and a sampler loaded with ribs, wings, shrimp, pulled pork, and sausage, all complemented by six delicious barbecue sauces. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere made the experience even better, and the unique plum-flavored BBQ sauce on the ribs and the Angus burger with fried onions and BBQ sauce really stood out as some of the best bites around.
