I use to like this Dunkin & The Beckley Dunkin when Crystal was manager and Big Mike was manager. Beckley now has no structure and is disgusting, they are never polite. Fayetteville has absolutely no donuts until after 9 am, they can't keep employees or bakers for that matter. The morning baker is always left with stuff from where there is no active night baker. The o.n baker they do have takes to many days off, ultimately they screw their self in the end. There is always to many people outside smoking or chit chatting. When Big Mike left Fayetteville & Crystal left Beckley, yall lost some of the best workers that happened to Dunkin.

My husband and I just left this store and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a business. The drive-thru cashier and the food service worker preparing the order displayed an attitude as though we were interrupting their time. At the time we placing our order she was acting as though we were asking of too much their time. The food service worker preparing the food shouted in a rude manner “y’all need to move over there and I’ll bring y’all order out”!. NEEDLESS to say we CANCELED our order. There are too many Dunkin Donut stores to support rather than a store that obviously could care less of our patronage.
