For those mad the owner is conversing, she's the owner not a worker. It's not her job to run food it's not her job to host it's her job to make sure her customers are comfortable and she does a damn good job. Back tf off CVRS is amazing, all the staff except John is amazing John on the other hand is a cook who steals great recipes, makes them mediocre, and then passes them off as his own. He converses with customers while he should be in the back I really don't know how he's there

5 stars for bartender/table server Pearl. But 0-1 star for ownership. While Pearl was handling ALONE the bar and tables 5 at bar 10 customers @ tables. A female identified as "one the owners" was in deep conversation with other customers with 2 additional customers @ bar NOT service, but CONVERSATION. Totally ignored our entrance and additional 5 customers after us. Al the while PEARL was RUNNING all the service menus/ water/drinks/ tables/ food orders. Obviously service was SLOW, because Pearl was handling it ALL even the register. Food was tasty, But all the while the female "owner" ate a meal and stayed in CONVERSATION was the same 2 customers when we came in. NEVER acknowledging anyone or anything but her conversation. Food service SLOW, drinks SLOW. Point is we have been restaurant/ bar owners and operators for 23 years and would NEVER not acknowledge and assist customers service when it obviously needed. Female owner was COMPLETELY oblivious to HER customers and their care and service. But, Pearl the ONLY server never blinked and did ALL SHE COULD TO SERVE HER CUSTOMERS. Every one gets my point I hope.
