The pizza at PJ's in Moundsville is really good, with a crispy crust and phenomenal sauce. I like asking for extra "shake" to add even more flavor. The seating is comfortable, the service is good, and my son enjoyed his wedgie. However, the calzones were a bit skimpy on the cheese, so I'd recommend sticking to the pizza or hoagies for the best experience.
