Normally, I would give Garfield's a 4 at the lowest, but lately there customer service has become absolutely terrible. Today (Oct. 15) I called in a lunch order since I work in the same mall as them, and was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. 50 minutes later I was still waiting for my order to be ready, when another customer walked up and canceled his order because he was tired of waiting and my alarm went off telling me lunch break was over so I left without getting anything to eat. The sad part is they were not that busy, so there was no need for such long wait times.
