Super nice people work here! The food is consistent and delicious, as it has been for years. I make sure I have 1 meal scheduled here when I am visiting my home town.

This is the second time i ordered a steak hoagie and the second time it was screwed up...i asked just cheese and mwat..she asked if i wanted extra meat...i said sure...however when i received the hoagie not only did it NOT have extra meat...but a whole lot of onions..tried taking the onions off but there was was a lot and the sandwich tasted like onions...horrible

Terrible take out service!! It was terrible 20 yrs ago, thought we'd give it another try & it's just as bad. Everything we ordered was wrong, and the lady out front didn't care one bit. Way to go Minards, no wonder all the other Italian restaurants have better food!!!

I would give them a 5 star if it was just about the salad. LOVE the salad. Spaghetti sauce is good but I make great spaghetti sauce so I've only sampled it. I make wonderful meatballs so I never go there. They make a wonderful hoagie but out of the last 5 times we've ordered hoagies they have come back out 3 times and said they didn't have any hoagie buns so they were out of hoagies and we were force to order something we really didn't want. If you know you are low on hoagie buns why on earth wouldn't you send someone to Kroger or Wal-Mart and get some so you didn't have to tell people you are out. Once can happen to anyone but 3 out of 5 times is unacceptable.
