The pupusas, especially the revueltas and ghost pepper varieties, are packed with delicious fillings and perfectly complemented by the tangy curtido and spicy sauces. For lunch, I visited Restaurante Usuluteco and opted for the bistec encebollado, which was served with beans, rice, tortillas, and a salad. The service was quick and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience in the spacious family-friendly atmosphere.
