The black garlic tonkotsu ramen blew me away with its rich, thick broth and generous pork, while the truffle chicken gyoza offered a perfectly crispy, flavorful bite that perfectly complemented the meal. The cozy, anime-inspired setting added a unique charm to the experience, and the speedy, friendly service made every visit satisfying-plus, the volcano fried rice and miso ramen truly stood out as unforgettable flavors.
