The cheese enchilada with all rice and no beans at Taco Pronto was a pleasant surprise for me after not ordering it for a long time. I usually add beans and extra cheese, but this time I decided to try it as is and it was perfect - not too flat, not too cheesy. The consistency of the food and the pride the owner takes in customer service make Taco Pronto a reliable and satisfying choice for a quick and tasty meal.
