Hadn’t been to Rounds so thought I’d give it a try. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel w/ honey walnut cream cheese. When I got home the bagel was burnt and when I ate it the guy that prepared it must not have wiped the knife off because there was an onion flavor mixed in w/ the honey walnut ! Yuck ! Then .... when he gave me the bagel he kinda shoved it on the counter and said “thanks” but wasn’t all enthusiastic about his job or customer appreciation. Won’t be going back. Very disappointed ! 😟
