This was my first visit to Island Burger and Bites and it was the best
burger I had ever had in my life! It was so big I ate off it twice and still
couldnt finish it all!

Burgers were black , over cooked. On outside, raw in middle, so much pepper both our. Mouths. Burned Will neverrreturn!

It's a 50/50 chance whether you will be able to place your order when you call or you will be put on hold until you are tired of waiting. I left my phone on speaker just to see how long it would be before they switched back over to me, but after over 20 minutes I finally hung up. I've routinely been on hold for 10 minutes or longer before hanging up. They have good food if you hit the lottery and can actually get an order in.

Spent 15 min and 50 seconds on hold, i was a regular since they first opened, but now the service is a hige turn off, either hire more people or more competant people. About a year ago the cook had a hissy fit cause inasked what cane on a burger, he was let go, but somethingbisnt working when yoou leave people on hold that long and employees are angry. Love the food. But not the experience at all.
