The enormous New York-style slices and delicious chicken parm sandwich exceeded my expectations, and the service from Alexis was outstanding. Whether you're stopping by for lunch or dinner, the friendly atmosphere and generous portions make it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian food.

Food is good but service is dreadfully slow. Our offices are less than a mile away however we stopped going there for lunch because it takes way too long to get your food.

NEVER AGAIN! The food has never been great, but I kept going back because of meeting friends. Since I started attending CFCC up the road, I started going by myself; what a mistake. The last time I went, the waitress not only rudely asked if I was dining alone, but ignored me the remainder of the time after serving me my meal. At the end, she threw mill bill on the table as she was walking by to serve the other full tables, without a word. Today was even worse. I sat outside for over 15 minutes, and watched the waitress on the inside go past the door several times. Twice she even looked at me, but not once did anyone come outside to even offer to get me a glass of water. This place needs another dining establishment in the area to give them a run for their money and to remind them that regardless how good the food may be, poor customer service will leave you without customers. I will make the drive to another establishment or even eat BK, or McD's before eating here again. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
