During a recent work trip to Wilmington, I found myself craving sushi and decided to try out a well-reviewed spot, despite my usual skepticism. To my surprise, the atmosphere was lively, the service was impressively quick, and the sushi, especially the scallops and nigiri, was incredibly fresh and flavorful, making it a memorable dining experience that I'll definitely revisit.
