I just moved to Wilmington from San Diego, CA. Where do I go to get some Pho? I love that soup so much!!!!

This was my favorite restaurant in Wilmington. Now that it is a Thai restaurant I am so very sad. Is there nowhere in Wilmington to get good PHO? Someone please open a pho shop in this town before I die!

This place was excellent! Was very sad to here the owners are turning it over to another Thai restaurant here in town. I'm afraid it won't be nearly as tasty next time. My entree was fabulous, and what I tasted of my friends dinners were also fantasic. I highly recommend this place.

I've eaten Vietnamese food in NYC, San Fran, Chicago, Saigon, Hue and many other cities and this place is amongst my favorites. Top notch! Go Viet Bistro!

Me and my husband drove from Jacksonville and it was worth every penny spent. My mom is Vietnamese and the food was just like my mom's!!!

We love viet bistro! Every time we have gone, we have received great food at a pretty good price! WE also love the atmosphere and will definitely return again! My favorite is no. 19! Deep fried spring rolls over vermicelli it is soooo good! My husband prefers the big bowl of soup!

Sorry to disagree, do not believe rewarding poor value.
the food was bland, generic as could have been any cheap chain chinese place (I know this should have been Vietnamese, but hard to tell).
My choice had slices of driedout meat like it was previously frozen, cardboard like, same tastless meat was on my wife's soup, rice overcooked with some oriental sausage slices and driedout old shrimps.
On the sanitary side, I am always distressed to see washrooms without soap, makes me worry where do servers and employees wash their hands!!!,when I called the server He came in to check, opened the door touching it, and then returned to continue preparing a salad for an ususpected dinner.
This is not a place to recomend, I pay with good money, I expect good value.

My husband and I have been regulars at Viet Bistro for a long time now and we appreciate the quality food and service we get everytime we go. The owners are the kindest and most attentive people we have ever come in contact with and we highly reccommend this restaurant to anyone who has an appreciation for ethnic food, something more diverse than just your typical American food. The menu has something for everyone and the flavors and taste is very easy on the palatte. Even if you aren't accustom to ethnic food, try Viet Bistro because when you do, you'll come upon a whole new meaning to great food and you'll be hooked as we are. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Excellet place to eat! My dinner was yummy and plentiful. The wait staff is always very friendly, and the place itself is very pretty. Highly recommended.
