Port city Java coffeehouses are all over Wilmington. They are locally owned and operated, allowing them to maintain a local charm and feel. So come on in, grab a cup of joe, bring your laptop and tap into their wireless, or just enjoy the works of local artists, which are hanging throughout.

On a typical Saturday morning in town, I enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee and settling down at a cozy table in this local cafe. The seating area is simple yet inviting, with a variety of seating options to suit different preferences. The coffee bar offers a wide selection of caffeinated beverages and sweeteners, making it a convenient spot for a quick pick-me-up or a leisurely writing session.

This place is horrible. I drink a LOT of coffee and granted, I am pretty picky, but their espresso was disgusting. My friend and I were visiting Wilmington and looking for a good coffee shop and this was the first place we saw. The atmosphere is uptight (worse than a Starbucks) and the little girl behind the counter was extremely rude to me. They don't even have a cafe breve on the menu, and when I asked if they could make it (it's just espresso & steamed half & half), she got an attitude. I will never go back, it wasn't worth it at all. There's a better place in the cotton exchange downtown.
