This place does not even deserve 1 star Pizza was horrible! Stay away!

On Tuesday evening , July 12, my wife and I were invited to a friends home on Carolina Beach. My friend had ordered pizza from Franks Pizza to be delivered at 7:30. At 7:30 the order did not arrive. My friend called and was told it was " on the way". My friend waited until 8:30 to call again and was again told "it's on the way" . Well... we left at 11:25 in the evening and the pizza never arrived after being ordered and lied to not once but twice by the management . Stay away from Frank's Pizza very poor customer service. I would never go to Franks Pizza .

This is the best Pizza ever. So many choices and they are all fantastic! When I come back to Wilmington area this is where I want my Pizza from. Friendly staff, great owners and amazing location. I definitely save my pizza calories for Franks!

Love everything about this place!! I live at Oak Island and drive all way around to go there or catch the ferry..All my family, friends and out of town visitors want to go to Frank's for Pizza... I've only got pizza once that was too brown on the bottom and they would not charge us and offered to make a new one!! Can't ask for more than that!

Always hot when we pick up. Crispy crust if you like. amazing stromboli. The best you'll find in Carolina Beach!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a New Yorker born and raised.... This is THE best pizza I have EVER had since I left Long Island 30 + years ago.
Always go there with our family for the past twelve years at least when we visit Carolina Beach. Wish we had one in Atlanta!

I have been to Franks a couple of times in the past few weeks and had a veggie boli, which was pretty good. But when I was leaving I thought I saw the guy who was putting a pizza in the oven "blow" on it, I guess to release it from the board. I thought I just saw wrong as there is no way a restaurant would allow this.
anyway, when I went back another time there was a different guy making pizza and I noticed that he did the same thing....so we left.
What is wrong with a food place that would let this happen,?
Also, where is the health department ?
