The flavors of the food here are exceptional, and the service is friendly, but the small portion sizes and higher prices keep it from achieving perfection. I've been frequenting this restaurant for over a decade, and their deluxe pho remains a standout with its aromatic broth and tender beef. Despite the unassuming exterior and busy atmosphere, the authentic Vietnamese dishes and accommodating staff make every visit worthwhile.

I was excited to try viva because the reviews were great and its close to home. I was not too impressed with the service or the soup. I ordered a rice noodle soup with shrimp and crab which was $9.60 and it was not that great. There was only two shrimp, two chunks of crab, some random floating pieces of meat and over done pork. Oh right and a floating piece of lettuce... The service was ok, and the prices went up.
