We have ordered pizza from this place long before the online ordering phenomenon took over the industry, you know, when you call the actual pizza place and order with a staff member and if there was an issue, they would take care of it. Well, those days are long gone and there is no path for the customer in this cold, online ordering world to actually get any customer service whatsoever. We ordered last week and there was an item that we paid for missing when it was delivered. To report the problem I called the only number available which is the main ordering line that only goes to a call center and I was assured a supervisor would call me back. They didn't. I called again and had to explain it all over again and once again, they said that a supervisor would call me back. Well they did not. So I went online and filled in the online form to try and rectify the issue of the missing item...of course now the pizza is long gone cold and all I've spent hours to try to reach them to rectify the issue instead of relaxing with my family for what should have been a fun family pizza and movie night. I finally got a response to my online submission only for them to say they will give me a credit to use next order. As if I will ever order from them again. I don't want a credit, all I wanted was to receive the item that was missing on my order or have them refund the money that I paid for that missing item. So technically they scammed me and stole my money. If only they gave the customer some sort of immediate way to rectify a problem with an order or made an effort to make the customer happy. Gone are the days when customer service was at the heat of business that was made up of people, not call centers and online forms. Now they are only a cold, robotic entity the pumps out terribly mediocre products and there is no personal experience to be had.

This had to be the worst customer service experience ever. We had ordered a deal of 3 medium pizzas for $17.99. Now when three small pizzas came to our door you can imagine how surprised we were, so immediately we called the customer service line to find out what was going on. Apparently depending on the deal you get the so called “medium” pizzas are actually small pizzas and there was nothing they could do. Now call me crazy, but a medium should be a medium no matter what sale is going on. Pretty bad eh? Wait there is more. We had also ordered some garlic cheese toast which was suppose to have 4 pieces per order. When only 2 pieces showed up in the box, we decided enough was enough and called back to complain yet again. Their answer was that the 2 pieces were suppose to be cut in half 2 make 4 pieces. I am sorry, but 4 half pieces only make 2 full pieces, no matter which way you slice them. Of course there was nothing they could do about it. Naturally after calling twice to complain we are just hungry and start eating the pizza. Still very dissatisfied, my girlfriend decided to call back to speak with someone of higher authority, at this point they ask her, ”…are pizzas are still intact?” Are you kidding me? We called twice already to complain, you guys did nothing, so chances are we started eating the pizzas at this point and they are no longer intact. Really, this was the worst experience ever and I have never felt so cheated and mislead in my life. Avoid this place at all costs, because it may sound like a good deal, but you are not getting what you pay for.
