Ichiban offers a fun and interactive teppanyaki experience with talented chefs who put on a great show while preparing your meal right in front of you. The food is fresh and flavorful, especially the chicken, shrimp, and gyoza, and the portions are generous enough that I often take leftovers home. The atmosphere is cozy and unique, with cool touches like a faux river and comfy seating, making it a solid choice for a memorable dinner downtown.

During my visit to Ichiban for a trade show, I found the teppanyaki service to be quite impressive. Despite the somewhat dull table setting, the chef managed to engage us with his culinary skills and showmanship. The ambiance, highlighted by a faux river and comfortable seating, added to the overall experience of enjoying a solid teppanyaki meal.
