Made an order got there 3 minutes before my pick up. One mobile order before me. Went dollarama, came back, 3 people walked in to make an order. Check inside and still order before me not done. Worker was standing by the til. The 3 people got their drink and I went back in. Order before mine still not done. I asked how much longer he said 2-3 minutes. Within that 2-3 minutes he finished 4 drinks from previous order plus my 4 drinks. Claiming he was by himself from 11-1230. So two workers came in and was able to do the orders. My order was for pick up at 1218. And finished by 1235. He said in store orders are done before mobile. Which is crap because they have an order system and I been there before. Not impressed service keeps getting worst.
