Arcadia service has declined since it opened. Ordering your food to go inside is no longer an option, you Must order by phone or online. Waitress staff is constantly changing, some good,
some not so much. Prices have risen. Understandably so, however the portions have been reduced as well. When they opened the food was good with generous portions. Now the food is mostly good but some portions are ridiculously small. We were regular breakfast patrons but have since found another establishment with far better breakfast prices, even the coffee (or other beverage) is free with most breakfast platters. Arcadia should consider this.

I ask for. Spoon to stir my coffee the ownergave me a knife and said same difference food tasted ok service was good. Just not impressed

This place is a hidden gem! They have excellent food and go above and beyond in todays time. I called them to take my sick mother food (I live in Florida) and they were so gracious and delivered to her down the street. I just can’t express my gratitude enough for this place. You all are just amazing

We go here every Sunday after church and once or twice during the week. Any meal selection we have tried has been great! From Stromboli, pizza, meatloaf, fettuccine, chicken pot pie, flounder grilled or fried, cheeseburgers, salads and more had all been very good with good service, friendly and courteous wait staff.

A couple of times now, we have found that extra charges are added for things they asked if we would like. It was presented in a way that you would think the offered item came with the item you ordered. They did not mention any extra charges. The same was the case when asking about making substitutions, no mention of additional charges. Tonight we went in, no one was waiting, the two people at register didn't acknowledge us and walked away. After couple of minutes later someone seated us. Waitress was prompt in taking orders. She did not provide the condiments that go with the food. We had to wait for her to come back to ask for them. When the bill came it had an upcharge for a substitution, again no communication about it. It seems like perhaps this is a way to charge more. All they have to do is be honest. The floor felt terribly dirty, our shoes stuck to it when we walked on it. The food is good and quantities generous for prices until you get hit with the sneaky extras. Very disappointed.

Waited about 30 minutes for our food. Several couples came in after us and got their food right away. Had to wait for the server to bring refills and our check.

Omg! Ordered New Year's Day traditional lunch to go! Horrible..completely messed up entire order. Young girl answering and taking order sounded 12. No greens nor black eyed peas at all for one order. Asked if they had a pasta salad for a third side, received one tiny side of macaroni and cheese!! All of the food tasted right out of a can...

I love this place! One of the best in Winston Salem! I love what Adi has done for the place, a HUGE difference than what was running prior to him! Staff very friendly and helpful! If you actually get something you don’t like they fix it with no problem or questions asked! Adi you’ve got a good thing going!! You have a loyal customer here!!
