The General Tso's Chicken lunch special surprised me with its yellow rice, which was unexpected but acceptable, and the flavorful sauce complemented the perfectly breaded chicken pieces. Service is consistently friendly and fast, with fresh ingredients and reasonable prices, making it my go-to for Americanized Chinese cuisine in Winston-Salem. While some dishes like the scallion chicken and boneless spare ribs stand out, a few items have been hit or miss, yet the overall experience remains satisfying enough to keep me coming back.

The General Tso's Chicken lunch special I tried had yellow rice, which was unexpected but okay. The scallion chicken at China is particularly amazing, with small chicken pieces that have a good ratio to the sauce and just the right breading thickness. Despite the inconsistency in spiciness when requested, their lunch specials are unbeatable in terms of quality and value.
