I have always selected Bella Napoli's pizza over the most popular pizza chains in the area but my most recent experience with them left me pretty angry when they double charged me for my food and when confronted with the evidence the owner absolutely refused to reimburse me. Now I have to go to my bank and file a dispute to get my money back. They were having trouble with their debit card machine and the receipt said "NOT COMPLETED" so I paid cash, no big deal. Well, to my surprise the following day, I was in fact charged for the pizza. When I showed the owner the bank statement he still refused to reimburse me. This is very poor business practice. This has been my preference for pizza for many years... no more.
