When the staff realized they had forgotten my soup, the gentleman quickly flagged me down and brought it along with some snacks as an apology, turning an unexpected mistake into a pleasant surprise. Later, the management helped me perform a random act of kindness by offering a great deal on subs for the Marathon County Sheriffs Deputies during the lunch rush, which both they and I truly appreciated.

At Erbs, the staff's attentiveness and quick action in resolving mistakes truly impressed me. They went above and beyond by offering snacks as an apology and providing a great deal on a large order for the Marathon County Sheriffs Deputies, showing exceptional kindness and efficiency during the busy lunch rush.
