I absolutely adore the cheeses at Saxon Creamery and the whole experience of driving through the beautiful countryside to get there. Sadly, their retail store is closed now, but it's worth calling ahead to see if there are any other options to purchase their amazing cheeses. Saxon Creamery in Cleveland, Wisconsin is truly a special place with their own herd of grass-fed cows, producing top-quality cheeses like Big Ed's Gouda, Green Fields, and Saxony. I have a personal connection to the area and was thrilled to taste their delicious cheeses, knowing the care and dedication that goes into each one.
