The best of everything here! Liquor store, bakery, coffee shop, all meals done fast and good. Best pizza in the state!

The food here is great, but the reason I'm writing this review is because EVERY TIME I go here, there's this cashier working the register (girl with glasses, usually has a pony tail). She is sarcastic, and just plain awful. I'm a nice person that just wants to get food and every time I talk to her it completely ruins my afternoon. She's just snotty and is always upset for no reason at all. Shame that she's the "face" of the business, because besides this the food is great. I've worked jobs I don't like, everyone has, but there's no reason to consistently have such a terrible attitude towards customers that have done no wrong. I dread going inside because she always treats customers like they're idiots that she's above. Move her to the back or something, I can't stand her and neither can any of my local friends. Other than that you guys have some bangin' burgers and a beautiful store. Really love shopping here.

I ordered two fish fry and a Phili Cheesesteak with Fries. I sent my som over to pick it up, and there were only 1 fish fry and the Cheesesteak with no fries. They told him that was all that was ordered and sent him on his way. When he got home, we looked at how much he was charged, and it was 36.00 for a 12.00 fish fry and an 8.00 sandwich. I called and talked to an employee who proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered and how the 36.00 dollar price was right because I got fires with the fish fry. When I told her the fish fry came with fries, she put me on hold. After 23 mins on hold, I hung up and called back to get a recording that no one was there to answer my call. The employee was extremely rude and argumentative. I understand that things happen, but please don't argue with me and fess up to your mistakes. I will be coming in to get a refund.

The Wisconsin Kringle Company is a favorite of ours for delicious food during the day and in the evening! They have a great menu to choose from. We highly recommend their ribs, which melt in your mouth and are quite delicious! Their pizza and sandwiches are wonderful too! Service is great and the staff and owners are always very friendly and welcoming. It is a little gem along South Shore drive in Fontana, WI!

Waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up and drove to the place. Once I was there I expressed my displeasure with being put on hold for a long time without anyone picking up and he told me “it was good for his business to have people holding on the phone for so long”! When I said it was not a good “customer experience” he walked away as if to say too bad! I will not support this business and hope when they fail because of poor customer service someone with the business sense to properly run a business will pick up where they fail. They will be looking for customers in the off season and as a local resident will never purchase from them again.
