If you're ever in Tomah and feeling a bit parched, I'd definitely suggest swinging by Kelsey's bar. It's got that classic Wisconsin charm, with a spacious, clean layout and happy hour deals that won't break the bank. Plus, the bartender Jess is a gem - she's quick with a smile and a cold drink, making you feel right at home among the regulars.
