The teriyaki salmon with rice and green beans was absolutely delicious, and my friend's choice of panko shrimp and ribs was equally yummy. Despite occasional slow service, the food quality and the positive impact the owners have on the community make this establishment worth supporting. I am definitely looking forward to returning for the prime rib and skipping the salad next time.
