Amazing potato options and nice salad bar with your meal! Great staff as well!

Well it has been awhile since i visited Bernies Wagon Wheel. they used to be very friendly and always had a hello or how is it going when people walked in to everyone. I noticed that seldom do they say anything when you walk in and if your not a regular visitor of the place you will get ignored by everyone. After we were at our table we had to wait for the waitress to bring us menues then 5 minutes later she came by to see if we wanted any thing to drink out of the four of us we all ordered coffee with cream. well i could have made a pot of coffee at home faster than what it took for us to get served any. so we ordered our food at the same time as our coffee and what seemed like no time we did have our sandwiches but we were the only table in the dinning room. well not sure what happened in the kitchen but we were served warm tastless cheeseburgers and the fries seem to have been soaked in oil before it was warm enough to cook in. you could almost see the oil drip from the fries. well we did say something and the waitress said she would go talk to the cook about it. we were never offered anything to replace the food with nor did we get any refills on coffee. I would not recommend this place at all. food quality is poor, waitstaff seems to hide, owner never around or hiding with the waitstaff.

I stopped going to the Bernies Wagon Wheel for along time when I found out that she had hired a person who has HIV working for her. I recently found out that they no longer work for Her and decided to go back in and both times the food was not even as close to what it used to be and the employees were dressed so dreadful that I will not go there again. The place is so dark and cold in the winter that you need to keep your coat on to eat. I love going out to eat and have found other places that have much better food and a lot nicer atmosphere where the employees treat you like your there only guest no matter how busy the place is. a lot is based on fist impressions and wow Bernies is not what it used to be at all. If your looking for a good place to eat with poor food bad dressed employees and a owner that gets around this is the place to go otherwise stay clear
