NOT happy! I called 2 days in advance to order a custom Birthday cake, and get a phone call 1 1/2 hour before pick-up, stating they can’t make the cake because they ran out of the frosting for the cake. I said.. oh you didn’t know late yesterday that you ran out of frosting. The gal said, “I guess not”. She did NOT care one bit about the situation! Will NEVER order from them again! Maybe management should train their employees!
