The food here is fantastic and the prices are really reasonable. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. The portions are so generous, you can easily share a plate. The staff, especially Kim, are wonderful and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Owning my own business in town we find little time to make a quality meal so we make sure to order to go Chicken from Phillips Cafe whenever we can. I would put it up against any other chicken around for the top spot.

The Phillips Cafe is one of the few genuine "mom & pops" venues left. We value it as more than simply an efficient assembly line operation dressed in theater. With any such labor-of-love run by a family, their are better days than others; we have never experience a bad day. We have eaten here several times irregularly over the last few years. The service has always reflected the family's sincere commitment to their customers. The food has always been good, except the cheese cake which is awesome - unfortunately it's labor-intensive so not on the menu everyday. We will stop here every time we travel near Phillips.

We were in Phillips for their fall fest. This place appeared to be a Ma & Pop place and we decided to try it out. Bad choice. The food and service were extremely poor. Our party of 9 ordered a variety of meals ranging from chicken, to hamburgers, to breakfast meals. All of the food, except the french fries, had a very strange taste. Took forever for our food to arrive and when it did, many items were missing. The waitress said she would be right back with them, but she never came back. The majority of our party ended up getting sick. This is one place I would never recommend to family or friends. Really bad!
