The worst food and customer service I've ever encountered. Once we finally were seated after waiting 20-30 to be seated even though we had reservations the waitress didn't come to our table for 15 minutes only to tell us we'd have to wait another 15 before she'd come back. She never did! Another waitress came over after 15 minutes to let us know she would be taking care of us and then left us for another 10 minutes. At this point we should've left but it was too late to go elsewhere so we thought we'd stick it out. Well she finally came back and took our order and brought us water after 40 minutes waiting for it. 30 plus minutes later she comes back to let us know the order just went in. She said she forgot to put it in??? While having plenty of time to observe the other 2 tables that were there, they seemed to be getting what they needed promptly and with a smile. By the time the food and drinks came to our table it was 1.5 hours from the start. The dinner came to us cold and tasteless and our waitress seemed pissed we were still there waiting. It really seemed like we were being Punked by Ashton Kutcher! She even mixed up the drinks. We obviously realize this was a local place that only likes locals in it! A case of small town small minds!!!
