When food feels like a drug, Nuovo is the dealer that keeps me coming back for more. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegant and casual, making it easy to relax while enjoying dishes like their incredible carbonara and fresh Caprese Burrata. The staff, especially the bartender "T" and servers like Niami, are attentive and engaging, creating an experience that's both delicious and welcoming every time.
