Sadly, awful customer service. Called to cancel a bakery order the day before; however, received phone call telling me the order was ready the next day. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went to pick up my order anyway thinking I would freeze it until needed. Going to pay, I confirmed with the clerk that there was a discount for 1/2 dozen orders. The clerk looked doubtful and said ‘no’ she thought that was for a dozen. I said, fine but do you mind if I double check online because I am pretty sure I saw it on your website. The workers looked annoyed at having to wait and at one point asked abruptly, “Are you ready to check out yet?†They then went in a nearby room to talk to a manager/owner (?) who confirmed to them that there were no such discounts. I was able to pull it up from their website. The manager came out to ring me out, NOT including the discount. When I pointed this out she changed it. At no point we’re there any apologies. Will Not be going back!
