Best casual place to eat in Jackson. Great ice cream and food is great too! I must say people complaining about service taking longer than usual definitely aren't locals. Visitors don't understand the entire town is understaffed. Be patient and just enjoy your vacation. I've always loved this restaurant.

Family and I shared a few meals cocktails and even dessert. The price was great the food was awesome and the people friendly! 10/10 would come again

Horrible service ! The waitress didn't know anything about the menu even the name of the fish that comes on "Todays special" tacos, she just said it was frozen it's all she knew about the special ) funny and sad at the same time . She gave me an attitude when I asked her to replace a lemon that looked dry and nasty for a new one . She grabbed the plate with the lemon " oh sure" and rolled her eyes . I talked to the manager about it and she gave me bunch of excuses about the COVID etc . I just don't understand what does it have to do with the rudeness of their staff???? The waitress kept walking around , no one ever came to apologise to us and the manager did nothing to make our experience better except making excuses for the waitress . The food was just ok and half of it was left . In the end she charged us for the item we didn't have and again acted like it's all normal . Do yourself a favour and avoid this place . They just don't care and treat their customers with disrespect!
